Sebastian's New Do!

There are two main ways that Seb likes to wear his hair, "Curly" or "Combed". He usually tells Jerry which way he wants his hair before he goes to school each morning. Well this Saturday he came back and Haillee asked him were his curls were. He mentioned something about a man and a green lollipop.
