Well this Sunday morning was not too easy. I went to bed at 4:30 AM and we did not make the meeting. :-( I was at wits end with Miss Haillee. I was ready to take her in the car for a little night riding since she was miserable. I think she was just angry at the world last night.
Once we finally got out of the house (it seems to take forever). We (me and the kids, Jerry had to work today) went to Fudruckers for lunch. It's a burger joint. Then we went to Brewsters to get Lisi icecream. While I was sitting on the bench Lisi was laying across my lap and holding her icecream cup. I noticed something slowly moving across her shirt as she was talking to me. I looked and started to get up. She had tilted the cup and icecream was all over her shirt. Then I said "Lisi you spilled your icecream." She just started laughing and jumping around screaming, "It's raining icecream!" Don't we have a goofy child? :-)
Later, I went to the grocery store. Oh my goodness, wasn't that a looooong trip and quit a challenge. I think I'll stick to going by my self for a while. Haillee woke up first, which woke Sebastian up and he was hungry. Trying to control an 8 year old that is happy to push a cart and push a double stroller at the same time is not my idea of fun. Then Lisi needed a potty break and left me alone. Then I was pushing a double stroller and pulling a cart. I'm sure I looked like I was a crazy woman to people. Not to mention that having 8 week old twins attracts attention. Do me a favor will you? Next time you see a woman pushing a double stroller and pulling a cart in the grocery store don't stand there and talk to her. Especially, especially if one of the babies is crying.
